Yin married her husband Dong 14 years ago and they have a son together.

But Dong didn't come home for three years and Yin found out he was having an extramarital affair.

Last year and again early this year, Dong filed for divorce twice.

But Yin requested 50,000 yuan compensation for "kongchuangfei" - compensation for an empty bed - after her husband failed to maintain marital loyalty and let her live alone.

A Court held a hearing last month and will soon deliver its judgment.
